High West needed a larger and upgraded space and turned to Studio K2 to ensure their cannabis dispensary and retail facility supported revenue growth. The resulting design provided allowed them to expand into their existing space. The building envelope in the dispensary area was upgraded to improve the thermal resistance to meet updated insulation levels per Denver policy in existing buildings that expand, change uses, and/or increase power consumption. SK2 coordinated the interior design rebranding by High Roads interior design.
