Studio K2 Architecture has developed a great relationship with Griffis Residential. We work alongside their corporate interior designer to modernize and improve the common amenities of their residential properties in various locations.

Many of these projects included clubhouse and pool deck tenant improvements, along with new lobby finishes and updated lighting.
