Colorado Commons is a 112 unit affordable housing project in Denver with an inward community design located at a busy intersection of Denver.  The concept was to create a safe environment where the residence could focus on community and not traffic.
The unit design takes advantage of the daylight be still providing privacy for the bedrooms.

There are three basic unit types that all stack to keep construction cost low. The project was drawn in 12 weeks to meet a HUD deadline.  It is also part of the majors initiative to provide more affordable housing in the City of Denver.
