Blue Room House One will be a new ground-up, mixed-use, multi-family affordable housing project in the Santa Fe Arts District in Denver, CO. 

This five story, 54-unit modular construction development is among the first to be accepted into Denver’s Enhanced Affordable Housing Program, and will be the first flagship building of the Blue Room Investing company, whose aim is to provide quality, affordable and accessible housing throughout the country.

Studio K2 Architecture is currently providing design for this multi-family, mixed-use affordable apartment which will include 1st floor retail with a parking garage, studio and 1-bedroom units. and communal amenities.

Our team, along with Blue Room Investing’s Director of Engagement Nina Sohn, refined the design of the exterior using SK2’s charette process, as pictured above. The colors were based on a painting that inspired the company’s name.
