Situated on 285, this 3 story storage facility will act as the new face of the A Storage Place, Englewood, previously just drive up storage facility. The new self-storage building highlights the companies accent color, dark green, with a glass cube on the corner of Bryant and 285.

Other design considerations include linear glass elements at the end of corridors for natural daylight in the space and as a means of way finding, easy to find entry and strong vertical masses to break up the facade.
