The Crossing is a 13 acre site designed to solve critical housing needs in Colorado’s mountain community of Buena Vista. The mission is to provide quality, attainably priced housing options in a thoughtfully designed, walkable and sustainable neighborhood in town.

Studio K2 has crafted various housing prototypes including single family, duplex and triplex options. The design for these prototypes was inspired by the surrounding areas flora and fauna, and the natural & produced materials of Buena Vista and the surrounding landscape.
