Each townhome is a walk-up,  four story building rather than the typical three story found throughout the city, with ½ level sidewalk entries to create a sense of privacy on the main living level while still maintaining a direct relationship to the street.

Using a set of patterns to create unity and diversity; each unit is unique from the next. Natural light pours into these efficiently designed units. The upper deck offers views from the roof top patios. Private unit parking is tucked into the back of the unit in a sunken garage.
