Grove Street Townhomes is a new, 14 unit, three story, walk-up community, within walking distance to the Mile High Stadium.

Two buildings accommodate the four different townhome layouts, featuring 2 bedrooms + Den or 3 bedrooms, each with 3 bathrooms and their own private garage. Outdoor space plays a dominate role in each unit layout, offering private patios and balconies, as well as, roof decks with views to the stadium.

Multiple materials contrasting in color and texture furnishes the building with an eye-catching façade. Contrasting elements accent the building with organic voids in the railings, awnings, and terraces allows for shifting shapes to cast onto the ridged façade in the sunlight
